Welcome to the G.O.T. Balloons web site.
G.O.T. Balloons is an informal Gathering Of Twisters hosted by Stretch the Balloon Dude and Mrs. Stretch. We get together to jam, fellowship, share ideas, twist balloons and just have fun. We have a balloon jam almost every month and anyone interested in twisting balloons is welcome, regardless of their twisting experience. We have balloon artists that have been twisting a few months and others that have been making balloon art for a few decades. Some are hobbyists, while others are full-time balloon twisters.
It is not a class, but you can still pick up and learn ideas through the sharing atmosphere or just by watching what others are doing. You’ll see balloon dogs, balloon hats, balloon people and any other balloon creation that you can think of. You can twist balloons, share ideas or just hang out and fellowship with other twisted balloon artists. If you love balloons this is a gathering of twisted people that you won’t want to miss. Our meetings are open to all ages; however, if you bring small children please do not ask others to watch them so you can twist. We do not provide babysitting or childcare. This is our time to share, so please be a responsible parent if you bring your children and watch them so that they do not get into other twisters supplies or interrupt other twisters who are at the jam.

The best convention for artists, entertainers & twisters!
Want to get away for an amazing convention that will super-charge your twisting and entertaining skills? Come join Stretch and Mrs. Stretch for Twist & Shout 2010 in Chicago, Illinois this February 17th through the 21st. Stretch will be joining the ranks of a dozen world class intructors who will be sharing thier skills and experience both in the class and 24 hour jam room. There are balloon competitions, a stage competition, a fabulous banquet and more. Don’t miss out on this amazing event that will fill your head with ideas and spark a new creativity and passion for our wonderful art.
As an added bonus, if you are driving to Twist & Shout, live in the St. Louis area, or just want to make the drive to St. Louis, Stretch and Mrs. Stretch will be stopping in St. Louis on the way to Chicago and joining with Thad James, a.k.a. Sammy J, for G.O.T. Balloons St. Louis on Monday, February 15th. Thad will be our local host and more information will be posted on the G.O.T. Balloons web site as it becomes available. St. Louis is not only a beautiful city, it is also the home of Betallic Balloons headquarters and they will be providing jam packs and will also have representatives at the jam to answer your questions. Come out and join us for what is sure to be a fun evening in St. Louis.
For the Love of the Art
G.O.T. Class covers balloon twisting, balloon decor and face painting. It’s inexpensive, but filled with great information that you can take home and use to boost your business and make money. The next G.O.T. Class is scheduled for March 29 - 30, 2010. It’s a fun two day seminar with great classes by world class instructors, a balloon jam, contests, prizes, a balloon store and more.
